Swiss Hernia Days
The upcoming 9TH Swiss Hernia Days will take place from the 22—23TH October 2026 in Basel, Switzerland. The congress will take place in the heart of Switzerland’s «life science center», the famous Novartis campus in Basel. Surrounded by exceptional architecture and the spirit of science and research!
Since 2017 Swiss Hernia Days are not only an established interactive and innovative hernia congress. The congress has evolved to a platform for active learning and practical exercises. Therefore, there will again be provided an anatomical cadaver workshop at the anatomical institute of the university of Basel. In addition, there will be rolled out a more sophisticated hands-on robotic hernia workshop during the congress days after a successful pilot in 2023.
